and my annoyance with people from yesterday has flowed over into today, also..

people think that it’s so awesome to be blunt all the time. not just honest, but blunt. meaning that they have no filter in their brain whatsoever, in any situation, and they are proud of it. i know especially one person like this, and this person thinks that they are so hilarious, and that everyone loves them…no. when you insist on saying everything that pops in your brain all the time, in the long run you’ll just end up hurting everyone and putting them away. being honest is totally different. it requires integrity, humility, and sometimes empathy. if you’re only blunt, instead of honest, then i don ‘t see you as a very strong person.
